I had a dream about my first husband. We were up in the attic looking at our collection of turquoise jewelry and it seemed like we were still together. A simple life like dream. But when I awoke...I found it was just a dream.
I was traveling through Europe at the time on an operatic audition tour in Germany. I was in a hotel when I woke up and I wrote him an email about the dream. But his wife read it and was upset. It was one of the last times I was in touch with him but he's still in my life, part of my story.
